We begin the new year with a new series exploring the book of Habakkuk, discovering what it teaches us about how to live by faith in troubled times.

Pete was sharing with us today as we looked at Habakkuk 1:12-2:4 and considered how Habakkuk responded to God’s answers

This series is all about Jesus as we look at what it means for Him to be prophet, priest, king, shepherd, friend and saviour. Pete continued our series on Sunday looking as Jesus as king.

This week we continued our sermon series, ‘Assured’, based in John’s first letter. This morning Pete was speaking on 1 John 4:7-21.

On Pentecost Sunday, Pete was speaking on Acts 4:23-31 as we considered the early church gathering together to pray for boldness in making Jesus known.

Through this series we are looking at conversations and encounters that people had with Jesus in the gospels. In them, we see how Jesus explained Himself and His purposes and also how peoples lives were changed as a result.
This morning Pete takes us through an encounter found in Luke 7:36-50.

Over the summer we will be looking as a family at some amazing stories of the Old Testament. This week we are exploring the story of Jonah, a very reluctant messenger.

What answers would you receive if you asked people who Jesus is? The best way to know who Jesus is to is to look at what He says about Himself and so through this series we are looking at the seven ‘I Am’ statements that Jesus makes in the gospel of John.

We begin this new year with a deep desire to walk with the Holy Spirit, to be led and transformed by Him.
